This Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”) is entered into by and between:

You, the user of the Reddit Marketing services
(“Controller”, “you”, or “your”).
This DPA supplements our Terms of Service and governs the processing of personal data by Reddit Marketing on your behalf.
Personal Data: Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
Processing: Any operation performed on personal data (e.g., collection, storage, access).
Data Controller: The party determining the purpose and means of data processing (You).
Data Processor: The party processing data on behalf of the controller (Reddit Marketing).
Sub-processor: Any third party engaged by the Processor to help process personal data.
This DPA applies to the processing of personal data necessary for using the Reddit Marketing platform and related services, including campaign setup, reporting, optimization, analytics, and customer support.
You are the Data Controller.
Reddit Marketing acts as the Data Processor.
We process your personal data solely on your documented instructions unless legally required to do otherwise.
We may process:
User-provided data: Name, email, login credentials, billing details
Marketing data: Campaign content, subreddit data, ad performance, creative assets
Technical data: IP address, browser type, device info, and usage logs
We do not process special categories of personal data (e.g., health, religion, biometric data).
We process data only to:
Provide, operate, and improve Reddit Marketing services
Deliver customer and technical support
Analyze performance and optimize campaigns
Fulfill legal and contractual obligations
We may use trusted third-party service providers to assist in data processing, including:
Hosting & Infrastructure: AWS, Vercel
Analytics: Plausible, PostHog
Payments: Stripe
All sub-processors are bound by written agreements ensuring data protection standards equivalent to this DPA.
We maintain technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal data, including:
Encrypted data transfer (SSL/TLS)
Role-based access controls and authentication
Secure data storage and audit logs
Staff confidentiality and security training
If personal data is transferred outside the EEA or other jurisdictions with equivalent protection, we ensure compliance through Standard Contractual Clauses or other lawful mechanisms.
We assist you in responding to data subject requests related to:
Access, correction, and deletion
Data portability
Restriction or objection to processing
Requests can be directed to info@redditmarketing.net.
We retain data only as long as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law.
Upon termination or written request, we will delete or return all personal data, unless retention is legally required.
Upon reasonable request, we may provide documentation or summaries of third-party audits to demonstrate compliance.
Formal audits may be arranged subject to scheduling, cost, and confidentiality terms.
This DPA is governed by the limitations of liability set forth in our Terms of Service.
This DPA is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, unless otherwise required by applicable data protection laws.
